With the support of our partners (Equality Fund – EF, the Association for Women’s Rights in Development – AWID, and the Fund for Congolese Women – FFC), we have written an open letter to the French President, Emmanuel Macron, regarding the “Support Fund for Feminist Organizations” of 120 million euros. At the date of the letter’s submission on December 8th 2020, we had collected 194 signatures. Today, this number has grown to 200 signatures. You can still continue to sign the letter to increase its impact.
XOESE, the Francophone Women’s Fund is searching for people with proven competencies and significant work experience in the area of women’s issues to join its Board of Directors. Nominees must be willing to put their expertise, personal and professional connections, influence, leadership, as well as their time and resources at the service of the Fund.

Promoting girl’s leadership for effective and preventive protection of women’s rights in rural Tanghin-Dassouri” in Burkina Faso
The project aimed to (1) sensitize the population on the persistence of prejudices and harmful practices on women and girls; (2) Promoting the promotion of militant, atypical and advocacy women in order to encourage girls and young women to take a leadership role in protecting women’s rights ; (3) Encourage the involvement of traditional leaders in carrying out awareness-raising activities; (4) Continue information campaigns to inform women about their rights; (5) Advocacy for the further implementation and application of the National Gender Policy at the common level.
From 12 to 15 November 2018 was held in Johannesburg, in South Africa, the first Social Thematic Forum on the topic: “Mining Industry and Extractivism”.
