Fenomenal Funds is seeking a Learning Partner for an estimated 24-month contract with an initial 12-month contract beginning in April 2023. The learning partner will undertake this work with the assistance and guidance of the Learning and Evaluation Working Group and the Fenomenal Fund Steering Committee, in coordination with the Fenomenal Fund Learning and Evaluation Manager.

The anticipated contract for this engagement is $100,000 to $120,000 per year with the possibility of renewal. Approved project expenses such as travel and language interpretation will also be covered.
SCOPE OF WORK
Based on the Fenomenal Fund’s theory of change, the learning and evaluation partner will:
- Develop participatory tools using a feminist research methodology to capture the contribution that the Resilience, Collaboration, and Narrative Power Grants have made to women’s funds across the Fund.
- Engage in a data collection and analysis process based on the proposed tools and approach.
- Facilitate a participatory process of learning, sharing, and meaning-making with key stakeholders to learn from the analysis and inform our understanding of the change that each funding stream has directly and indirectly contributed to women’s funds.
- Facilitate an additional meaning-making process to understand how the combined funding streams may have contributed to building resilience and visibility of funds for women, individually and collectively.
- Develop a set of knowledge products that tell the story of how the fenomenal funds model has contributed to resilience and visibility.
