DEADLINE for registering for the Forum in Lomé: September 10, 2023
In the first edition, we had to adapt to the constraints and limitations imposed by the global situation and held our Forum 100% online, so it’s finally time to get together again. This will be an opportunity to renew our ties, share our ideas, stories, successes and aspirations, push back our limits, discover new perspectives and celebrate our values together.
We are convinced that this physical reunion will be a moment of great emotion, sharing and human connection. It will be all the more meaningful because we’ll have the opportunity to reunite with long-time friends, people with whom we only talk by videoconference, leaders we follow on social platforms, as well as new people who will be joining our movement for the first time.
Forum 2023 area
Discussions over the four days of the Forum will be structured around the following sub-themes:
- Feminist movement and women’s movement: Different? Complementary? Or Contradictory?
- Assuming our feminism: Revisiting and improving our practices
- Feminist taboos and the silent, unacknowledged needs of defenders: Let’s dare to discuss them!
- Financing the francophone feminist movement: Reinventing our solutions
How to participate in Forum 2023?
TO TAKE PART IN THE FORUM, YOU MUST REGISTER HERE:
Online Forum
Online registration will enable you to follow the Forum as if you were present on site in Lomé, thanks to high-quality digital access to the virtual rooms and live broadcasts of key sessions. To enable us to offer this quality of replay, we are asking each participant to contribute by paying a registration fee of 21 EUR (13775 FCFA).
Forum en Presentiel
The capacity of the face-to-face Forum in Lomé is limited to 500 participants, and is subject to selection and payment of a registration fee of :
- Young Militant: 103,500 CFA (112 Euros)
- Militant: 146 935 CFA (224 Euros)
- Donor: 219 090 CFA (334 Euros)
- Other Actor : 146 935 CFA or 224 Euros
For face-to-face participants, registration entitles the holder to the Forum Work Kit and to the lunches, coffee breaks and Gala Dinner listed in the Forum Program.
NB: Registration does not include travel or visa expenses, accommodation costs, travel insurance, or costs related to COVID-19 test requirements.
