The organization
The XOESE Fund is a feminist foundation based in Lomé, Togo that carries out activities in French-speaking countries to support women’s and young women’s organizations.
A/ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF SECURITY GUARDS
● Ensure the safety of people and property on the XOESE sites where they are assigned
● Maintain the visitor logbook
● Record events on site in the logbook
● Maintain dogs
● Ensure the cleanliness of the premises, and
● Ensure that property on the sites under their care does not suffer any damage.
B/ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF DRIVERS
1. Driver (60% of time):
- Drive the office vehicle to transport authorized personnel and official guests/guests ;
- Collect and forward mail;
- Maintain and check assigned vehicle daily;
- Wash and clean assigned vehicle daily;
- Maintain records of official travel, daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, lubrication, etc;
2. Logistical Support (30% of time)
- Provide assistance at XOESE events and ceremonies;
3. Other duties (10% of time)
● Provide support to security officers in greeting and monitoring all/any visitors to the office ;
● Perform any other duties as assigned.
