The organization
The XOESE Fund is a feminist foundation of public utility based in Lomé, Togo that carries out activities in French-speaking countries to support women’s and young women’s organizations.

Duties and responsibilities
1. Driver (60% of time):
- Drive the office vehicle to transport authorized staff and official guests;
- Collect and forward mail;
- Maintain and check assigned vehicle daily;
- Wash and clean assigned vehicle daily
- Maintain records of official travel, daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, lubrication, etc;
2. Logistical support (30% of time)
- Provide assistance at XOESE events and ceremonies;
3. Other duties (10% of time)
- Provide support to security officers in greeting and monitoring all visitors to the office;
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
