EFFICIENCE: INSTITUTIONAL LEADERSHIP OF WOMEN AND YOUNG WOMEN
XOESE, the Fund for Francophone Women organizes a MEET-UP this Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 18:30 GMT in Kpalimé (Togo), in the conference room of the Hotel Ivans Plaza (Kpalimé) on the theme: Women and Young Women in Civil Society: Building together an institutional sisterhood.
What about the EFFICIENCE Institute?
EFFICIENCE: institutional leadership of women and young women is an institute launched by XOESE as part of its 2023 capacity building program and in light of its 2018-2024 strategic plan.
This institute aims to strengthen and increase the capacity of local women’s organizations and groups by providing them with tools to improve their efficiency and effectiveness in managing, leading and supporting their organizations in order to better mobilize resources and carry out their activities with their beneficiaries and communities.
The term “ EFFICIENCE ” was chosen as it is the key term for this institute. By definition, this component is important because it measures performance. Prosaically, it is therefore a question of providing the participants of this institute with this duty of performance, but especially with the way to achieve it.
The EFFICIENCY MEET-UP
Within the framework of the EFFICIENCE Institute, XOESE is organizing a MEET-UP. This event will bring together women and young women who work in civil society and who share a common interest in building institutional sisterhood. It will also be a space for sharing experiences, reflections and ideas around issues of gender, diversity and inclusion in civil society. To participate in this hybrid MEETUP, we invite all local and international actors to fill out this form by Tuesday, April 25, 2023.
