Tenɔnɔ (TENONO [Tenᴐnᴐ] is a word that means “resilience” in Mina and Ewé – two African vehicular languages spoken in Benin,Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana and Togo), A training program launched by XOESE in collaboration with GFCF Global Fund for Community Foundations and the Foundation for a Just Society  with the objective of building the capacity and resilience of local women’s organizations to be effective, sustainable and independent actors contributing to gender equality and women’s empowerment.
Program initiated in three (02) components, a 6 week training and a small grant related to organizational resilience activities to be implemented in their organizations.
