In 2021, XOESE launched its third grant cycle to contribute to the resilience of women’s organizations during the health crisis caused by the covid-19 pandemic.
The implementation of Cycle 3 provided financial and technical support to twenty-nine (29) women’s organizations in fourteen (14) Francophone African countries:

- Mali
- Mauritania
- Niger
- Democratic Republic of Congo
- Republic of Congo,
- Senegal
- Togo
With a total budget of 206,218 USD. The grants awarded were intended not only to continue the fight for women’s rights in various areas and contribute to their economic security, but also to build community resilience, particularly of women, to the Covid-19 pandemic.
